1. So, how do we get started?
As a potential new client, my aim is to develop an understanding of what you are hoping to achieve. We will discuss the potential budget and timeline for your project and I will offer my advice.
During our first appointment we will discuss what you want to change about your home, any ideas you may have already had regarding a redesign, your personal taste and style etc. You can ask me about my business and the services that I offer and how they will be able to help you.
By the end of the appointment, I’ll be able to advise on the next steps.
2. How much do you charge?
I will always provide an easy to understand proposal for my services. This can only be done after we have had our first appointment at your home. Depending on the scope of work you are planning, our appointment should last between 45 minutes to an hour and a half, or more.
I never charge for an appointment to meet a new client. I would not expect you to be able to decide on using the services of my company until we have met.
3. Which areas do you cover?
I offer interior design services for Cheshire, Liverpool, Wirral and beyond. I’ve completed projects in Chester, Appleton -Warrington, Culcheth -Warrington, Allerton -Liverpool, Liverpool City Centre, Oxton -Wirral, West Kirby -Wirral, Bromborough -Wirral, Eastham -Wirral, Bebington -Wirral, Prenton -Wirral, St Helens, Willaston -Cheshire, many other areas of Cheshire and also Manchester South.
4. How long does the design process take?
Depending on the brief that we establish I am to work on, the concept design phase could take from 4-8 weeks. During this phase we will have several meetings to discuss the progress and any feedback you may have. Your approval is key at every stage and you will never feel like it’s getting away from you. If appropriate, I will arrange for estimates from my team of preferred suppliers and subcontractors i.e flooring specialists, carpenters, joiners, plasterers, painters and decorators, kitchen and bathroom suppliers and fitters, heating engineers and plumbers, electricians and lighting specialists, bespoke furniture makers, curtain designers and so on.
5. How long does the installation take?
Every project is different. Factoring in the work that needs to be done by tradespeople, estimated delivery dates of furniture, your own personal availability and schedule etc I cannot possibly say without knowing what you need.
What I can say with certainty is that due to my well crafted design and project management process, I am able to organise the timeline of your project to suit your personal needs.
Once work starts, everyone is working to a schedule and a specified completion date. When I project manage for you, I can promise you will be impressed with how efficient and professional my company is.
